A Practice Rooted in Breath, Nature, and Connection

I believe that when we learn to work with nature rather than against it, we create the conditions for life to thrive — both within ourselves and in the world around us.

This philosophy is at the heart of my work, bringing together permaculture design and breathwork as two pathways toward greater connection, balance, and resilience.

My background combines years of working in mapping and weather modeling with formal training in permaculture design. This has given me a unique understanding of landscapes as living, interconnected systems, where water, soil, sunlight, plants, and people all play a part.

I've brought these principles to life on my own suburban property, transforming an ordinary residential lot into a thriving ecosystem with 15 fruit trees, an abundance of berries, herbs, and companion plants. It's a living example of how thoughtful design can create abundance, support biodiversity, and restore our relationship with the land, even in small spaces.

My work with breathwork follows a similar philosophy. Trained under David Elliott, I guide people through a conscious breathing practice that creates space for emotional exploration, self-awareness, and deeper connection. My particular focus is helping men move from the head to the heart, creating a supportive environment where they can soften, feel, and reconnect with parts of themselves that may have been overlooked or suppressed.

To me, these practices are deeply connected. Just as healthy ecosystems thrive through balance and cooperation, we too can find greater ease when we slow down, listen, and reconnect with our natural rhythms.

Whether I'm helping someone transform a piece of land into a flourishing garden or guiding them through a journey of self-discovery with the breath, my intention remains the same: to create the conditions for growth, connection, and a more harmonious relationship with ourselves and the natural world.

It's not about forcing change. It's about creating the space for something meaningful to grow.
